Wake up to the aroma of fresh-brewed coffee and sizzling thick-cut bacon. Then enjoy our gourmet country breakfast served daily 8:30 am in the ‘Rise & Dine’ Dining Room. In warmer months we offer al fresco dining on our stone patio.

For early breakfast and checkout, please make arrangements with us the evening before.

OUR MENU

Our Menu varies daily, but offers fare suitable to all guests using as many local and organic ingredients as possible. We offer seasonal fruit salads and a hearty main course. If you have any special dietary requests, please let us know during the reservation process.

 

Fresh Fruit Parfait: 

Seasonal fruit dressed with our Homemade Organic Granola with Honey Vanilla Yogurt.  Served with a side
of our house roasted praline pecans.

Breakfast Casseroles:

Some of our most requested dishes are the comforting breakfast casseroles we serve.  Among the favorites are the Everything Bagel with meat & cheese, and the decadent Blueberry French Toast casserole.

Buttermilk Pancakes or Waffles:

Made from scratch, our buttermilk pancakes or waffles
can be left plain for the purist, or topped with a variety of
fresh fruits and syrups.

Eggs:

Whether sunny-side up, scrambled, souffle’d or baked, farm-fresh eggs are a staple here.  And some days are made for quiche! Guest favorites include Bacon, Spinach & Gruyere Cheese, Ham and Cheddar, Tomato and 3 Cheese.

Country Skillets:

Our cast-iron breakfast skillets always hit the spot! A medley of roasted potatoes topped with various meats & sauteed veggies, smothered with cheese & topped with farm-fresh eggs – it never disappoints!

Sides:

Most of our dishes will be served with one or more of the following house made side dishes:
Hashbrown casserole, cheese grits, bacon, sausage, ham, fruit, biscuits, breads, pastries
